Tournament/Event Coverage
Perfect
for Tournament Directors, Event Coordinators and Club
Fundraising Coordinators. Action Sports Photography will come to
your event (at no cost to you) with a team of photographers and
complete viewing booth/tent. We will photograph every game/event
and make them available for purchase to your participants right
at the event. If you so choose we can also set up the price
structure so that part of the profits is refunded back to your
organization as a Fundraising event. Photos will also be posted
on our website for viewing and purchase after the event.
Team Package
No Charge.
Action Sports Photography will send one photographer to come and
cover one of your team's games. All photos taken will be posted
on our website for viewing and purchase after the event.
Pre-Paid Packages
Individual
Custom Package
Value-priced at $185 for a limited time (regularly $299) plus
tax
Our Individual Custom Package consists of photos of just one
athlete during a single game or event. The number of pictures in
the package ranges from 30-60 images. This is a perfect package
for the varsity athlete who is about to graduate or an athlete
just starting that search for the right sports scholarship. It’s
also great for the club player who deserves the extra
recognition for all the hard work they put into perfecting their
skills. The package consists five 8x10 prints and five 5x7
prints of the images of your choosing ready to drop into any
frame. Each picture is in an archival clear plastic sleeve to
keep them safe until they’re framed. Or they can stay in the
sleeve for viewing. The remaining images come in a multi-media
slideshow CD of the entire package ready to use on your PC. We
will post your images on our website for viewing and purchase
for friends and extended family members.
Shared Individual
Custom Package
Value-priced at $99 per athlete for a limited time (regularly
$185 per athlete) plus tax
With this package we shoot two athletes in one game or event.
The package for each athlete is the same as the Individual
Custom Package except for the number of images per athlete.
Because we are shooting two athletes, portfolios are slightly
smaller averaging 15-30 images per athlete. This package must be
carefully coordinated so we have ample time to get enough shots
of each athlete. For instance, in football it works best if one
athlete is on offense and the other on defense or they both go
both ways. We cannot accommodate more than two athletes per game
or event.

post your images on our website for viewing and purchase for
friends and extended family members.
Team Game Day
Coverage
Value-priced at $300 Minimum per team* for a limited time
(regularly $400 Minimum per team) plus tax.
Our Team Game Day Package is a great cost-effective way to get
Action Sports Photography photos without having to pay for a
complete Custom Package. For a team of 10-players, that works
out to $30 per player plus tax. How this works is that we come
to a game of your choice and photograph each player during the
entire game. We then put all the photos on a CD and each
player’s family receives one 8x10 print (of their choosing), and
one CD with a multimedia slide show. We will also post all
images on our website so everyone can order reprints if they
like. Prints range from $5 to $20. This is ideal for
recreational league teams of all sports. Sorry, we can’t
accommodate teams larger than 15-players.
